On the Warranty Information page, there is a small form you must fill out to register your kayak for a warranty.
To use your warranty, you must first send in a claim. When that claim is processed, you must include the authorization number and return center address when returning your defective product. This ensures that the return process goes smoothly for all parties involved.
Warranties cover any defects in manufacturing or product failures that occur under normal use. When a claim is fully processed, Advanced Elements will either repair or replace your kayak, free of charge.
The warranty does not cover kayaks purchased for professional use, such as tours or kayaks bought to be rented out. It also does not cover any damage that might occur while kayaking in rapids or from storing your kayak improperly.
